While paying the congress registration fee please do not forget that bank transfer expenses should be paid by the participants. One participant can submit at most two papers and his/her name can appear in maximum of four papers. The certificate of attendance is presented to only registered participants / audience. The participants who would like to participate without paper should register as an audience and should pay the audience registration fee. Virtual participant registration fee includes: The e-book of abstracts with ISBN number  Access to all sessions in the congress The e-book of full text proceedings with ISBN number Certificate of Attendance Technical support

Havale-EFT yoluyla banka üzerinden yapılan ödemelerde kongre ücretlerinin tabloda yer aldığı şekliyle net olarak hesaba geçmesi, banka masraflarının katılımcı tarafından karşılanması gerekmektedir. Bir katılımcı en fazla iki bildiri sunabilir ve en fazla dört bildiride ismi yer alabilir. Katılım Belgesi, sadece kongreye kayıt olup katılan yazar / dinleyicilere verilir. Bildiride ismi yer alıp sunum yapmayan ancak kongreye katılmak isteyen yazarların dinleyici kaydı olmaları ve dinleyici kayıt ücreti yatırmaları gerekmektedir.
