Video recordings (.avi, .mp4, and .flv) of virtual presentations will be played at the related session, and presenters will be connected via Zoom. (Virtual presentations can also be made live without the need for video recording when the presentation time comes). Thus, the audiences will be able to ask their questions to the presenter of the virtual presentation. Time allocated for the virtual presentations is 15 mins for video recordings and 5 mins for the discussion session. Virtual presentations ought to be submitted till 12 September 2026 for technical arrangements.
By sending an e-mail to erpacongressvirtual@gmail.com, you can submit your video recordings. Video size is kindly requested to be 100 Mb or lower.
On the day of the congress, only the author whose turn it is to present will be contacted. The presenter is expected to be online on Zoom at least 30 mins before the presentation. The author will be contacted only if the audience has questions for the presenter. Otherwise, the presenter will be provided with feedback from the presentation conducted without any problem or questions from the audience.

Sanal sunumların video kayıtları (.avi, .mp4 ve .flv) ilgili oturumda oynatılacak ve sunum yapanlar Zoom üzerinden bağlanacaktır. Böylece, izleyiciler bildiriyi sunan kişiye sorularını sorabileceklerdir. (Sanal sunumlar sunum saati geldiğinde video kaydı gerekmeksizin canlı olarak da yapılabilir). Sanal sunumlar için ayrılan süre video kayıtları için 15 dakika ve tartışma oturumu için 5 dakikadır. Teknik düzenlemeler için sanal sunumların 12 Eylül 2026 tarihine kadar gönderilmesi gerekmektedir.
